NOTE: Since my goal is to offer simple, uncluttered, and functional sites, I have stopped accepting work on shopping cart / e-commerce, Flash, and database type sites. These sites requires considerable more time to create and quite a bit more hand-coding. Plus, not all users have the highest and latest technology available; so not all are able to see your site if it has all the bells and whistle.
Remember, accessibility to all is the key.
Consulting, Planning, and Development
- First consultation is free.
- When we undertake a new web site design project, we learn about your business and discuss your particular web site requirements.
I will guide you through domain name and host registration; help with great domain name choices; text ideas and editing; keywords and search engine submissions; domain name and file transfer, etc.
Please note that fees for any of the listed services is NOT included with the total design fee.
- Then we will prepare a detailed estimate and statement of work that includes our fees and other charges.
- Once estimate is accepted and agreed on the statement of work, a deposit of one-half total design fee is required. Changes can not be made without the (written) agreement of both of us. In most cases, this results in a fixed price or a variable price that is dependent on a readily identifiable work unit.
- We will then construct a web site homepage draft for your review.
- On approval of homepage draft, we will complete the development of your site.
- Balance of web site fees will be due on completion of your web site.
All web sites are uniquely tailored to the needs of the business. Therefore, all fees are based on the amount of content and graphics/photos contained within your web site. Also taken into consideration is the format in which the content is provided.
Designing and Redesigning
Redesigning, remodeling, overhauling, or restructuring your old web site can be tedious and time consuming, that's why in most cases, it is sometimes easier (or cheaper, if charging per hour) to create and design from scratch. But with a clear vision and idea of what the changes will be, the process will be painless, cost-effective, and faster.
I will assist you through every bit of planning a design layout and color choices; help with images and graphics; customized company branding/logo; Or you can simply tell me what you want in a site.
I would also suggest that you take a look at some web sites that offer similar services as your business and come up with an idea of the look and number of pages you'll need.
Maintenance, Support, and Management
One of the most important aspect in having a successful site (and business) is its vigilance in maintaining an updated content or features. Here at Fiel.Net, we provide the service that will help maintain, support and/or manage your site. These are grueling tasks that we can assist you with. More information is available when contacted to discuss your needs.
I provide site maintenance services for sites I have created at a rate of $25.00 per hour.
I can provide site maintenance for site created by other companies within certain boundaries at a rate of $35.00-65.00 per hour. It depends on how extensive the site is. Please contact me to discuss your needs.

Pricing, Fees, Payment, and Discounts
Web design services don't have to break your bank. You can estimate from $250 to $750 for a web site. (Figure approximately $75-$100 a page, depending on how many graphics and special items.) Email us for packages, hourly rate & other pricing information.
The best thing to do is to let me know what your budget is and see if it is possible to work with that (for what you want to have on your web site). I'll work with you.
Fees and rates are always changing so it is better to contact us for a free quote on any services you might need (for web, print, or computer).
Payment schedule for most projects.
- 50% deposit upon agreement
- 25% when initial draft is accepted
- 25% when the web site is launched
Remember to budget for outside service expenses such as domain name fee for a year plus web hosting fee.

On long-term projects, we will send you a periodic statement of charges.
Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept payments by check or credit card thru PayPal. Penalties will be assessed on late unpaid balance, usually after 30 days from the invoice date.
Discounts: Special rate accomodations are available for educational institutions and other non-profit organizations.
